Questions before you start

Can you paint just a repaired section?

Yes, although fresh paint may stand out against an older finish. Where a close blend is important, we can quote painting the whole wall or ceiling rather than only the patch.

What preparation is included?

We agree on cleaning, patching, sanding, priming and finish coats for the surfaces being painted. Any damaged timber or plaster requiring separate repair is identified in the scope.

Do you paint doors, skirting and architraves?

Yes. Walls, ceilings, doors and trims can be included together or quoted as a smaller project. Colours, sheen levels and the areas included are confirmed before work begins.

Can you help prepare a home for sale?

Yes. Painting can be coordinated with plaster repairs and carpentry finishing. Tell us your planned photography or listing date so we can discuss priorities and availability.
